1. About these terms
These terms apply when you access the WESTHOLM website, which is operated by Westholm Core Pty Ltd (ABN 33 693 241 244). By using the website you accept these terms.
2. Information only
Website content is general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, property, engineering or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Nothing on the website is an offer or recommendation, and nothing creates an advisory, fiduciary, agency, partnership or client relationship or commits Westholm to pursue, fund, acquire, develop or respond to any opportunity.
3. The AI assistant
The WESTHOLM AI Assistant is an automated “Coming Soon” preview. It is not a human representative and not an operational channel for correspondence, and it does not receive, transmit or store messages. Nothing shown in the preview is a statement, approval, commitment or decision by a Westholm director, officer or representative. Until the assistant is activated, please use the contact email below.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the website unlawfully or fraudulently, harm another person, interfere with its security or availability, gain unauthorised access, submit material you have no right to provide, impersonate another person, or use automated means to overload or abuse it. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, Westholm or others.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, branding, text, images, video, software and other content are owned by Westholm Core Pty Ltd, another applicable Westholm entity or their licensors. You may view the website for personal or internal business evaluation. You must not reproduce, publish, adapt, commercialise or use WESTHOLM names, marks or content without written permission, except as permitted by law.
6. Availability and accuracy
We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or free from harmful components. We take reasonable care with published information but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or accurate.
7. Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party services, whose content, availability, security and privacy practices we do not control. Separate third-party terms may apply.
8. Responsibility and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, Westholm is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general website information, unauthorised use, service interruption or third-party services.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a right cannot be excluded, any limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Subject to rights that cannot lawfully be limited, the parties submit to the courts of Western Australia and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them. Questions may be sent to contact@westholm.com.au.
11. Changes
The published version will show its effective date. We may update these terms prospectively when the website or assistant changes, and material changes will be reviewed before they take effect.
